Trading Members of the Exchange are hereby informed that pursuant to Resolution Plan approved by the Hon’ble National Company Law Tribunal, Kolkata Bench vide its order dated December 16, 2021 Kilburn Chemicals Limited (“the Company”) had applied for delisting of its equity shares.

The Company has confirmed that it has complied with requirements of NCLT order dated December 16, 2021 for delisting.

Further the above scrip will be delisted from the Exchange records w.e.f. Thursday, February 17, 2022.
